Personal Data Processing Consent

By registering in the langlisto service (langlisto.com, app.langlisto.com and subdomains; the “Service”), signing in, or submitting a form in the Service, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Service Operator (contact: support@langlisto.com) consent to process my personal data on the following conditions.

1. Data covered: email address; name; time zone; language settings; contact details (if provided); data received when signing in with Google (account identifier, email address, name); learning data arising from the use of the Service (exercise answers and attempt history, assignment results, vocabulary and training statistics, voice recordings in exercises, comments including images and voice messages, chat messages); files I upload; technical data (IP address, request data, error details, cookies, advertising campaign tag); when submitting an application on a teacher’s page — the name, email address, phone number, and message text.

2. Purposes of processing: providing the Service’s features and performing the terms of service; communicating with me on service matters and the notifications I configure; ensuring the security of the Service; diagnosing errors and improving the Service; advertising campaign effectiveness statistics; compliance with legal requirements.

3. Processing operations: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), including delegating processing to infrastructure and technology providers and cross-border transfer to the extent necessary for the Service’s features, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is performed using automation.

4. The categories of recipients, retention periods, and my rights are described in the Privacy Policy published on the Service’s website, which I have read.

5. Validity: until my account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. I may withdraw the consent by sending a request to support@langlisto.com from the email address linked to my account. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal and may make further use of the Service impossible.

6. If I register or invite a minor student to the Service, I confirm that I have obtained the consent of the minor’s parent or other legal representative to the processing of the student’s data in the Service.
